Two Fish Properties

We manage a wide range of properties in the St. James City/ Pine Island area. We are certain we can accommodate any and all of your needs no matter the number of occupants in your party. With a wide range of price, style, layout, location and number of rooms available in each home there's sure to be one for you. There is a 5% tourist tax and 6% sales tax for all vacation rentals.

$500.00 reservation deposit (checks) and a $300.00 refundable security deposit on all rentals.

Balance is due upon check-in. No refunds on early departures.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation more than two weeks prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee which will be determined in the rental agreement. If you must cancel within two weeks of your arrival date regardless of reason, no refund will be given.

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

No smoking in any of the rental units.

Pets are welcome in some of the units. Extra fee is required.

Boat lifts are available at some of the properties. Extra fee & damage deposit is required.
